Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with expertise in C#, .NET Core, and Azure Services to lead and manage our software development projects. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to drive project success.
Responsibilities:1. Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and requirements. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
2. Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of developers, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and task delegation. Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of C#, .NET Core, and Azure Services to provide technical guidance and support to the development team. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
4. Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and take corrective actions to ensure project success.

Requirements:1. Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, leading software development projects using C#, .NET Core, and Azure Services.
2. Strong technical background with handson experience in software development using C# and .NET Core.
3. Indepth knowledge of Azure Services, such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and Azure DevOps.
4. Experience with AgileScrum methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide technical teams.
