Graduate or postgraduate degree from a premier institute.
5-7 years of experience in executive support roles.
Proven skills in schedule management and report creation.

We are looking for a Sr Executive Assistant to the Founder for a global ecommerce startup in Mumbai
Job Profile:
Would be responsible for calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external customers and coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings
Answer phones and direct and guide all incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the Founder
Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and answer outgoing mail as necessary.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
Updating the Travel schedule and hotel reservations
Ensure that all confidential & sensitive information is securely handled, stored as appropriate & no such information is divulged or made accessible to unauthorized person.
Follow up and coordination with various departments
Record Management
Maintaining contact database
Coordinate and followup on all tasks assigned by the top management within the allotted deadlines
Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, conference calls, internal sessions, special events, etc.
Manage correspondences and communication as per the instructions and maintaining confidentiality at all levels.
