Job description

Technical Project Manager(TPM)
EXp:15+ Years
Location: Noida

Responsibilities
 Proven ability to work across an organization to help to design and build the best and most effective
solution possible for our potential customers.
 Strong grasp of a variety of web, middleware and persistence technologies and how to use them
 In depth knowledge of integration approaches, including: Microservices, Web Services, Messaging,
Event Driven Architectures
 Experience working with large scale, high throughput, highly available systems
 Knowledgeable and conversant in at least one fullstack ecosystem and with at least one cloud
provider (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud etc.)
 Development experience using Java and knowledge of other technologies like python, Node.JS with
exposure to web development
 Experience with API development, understanding of best practice and implementation within a
cloud environment
 Working knowledge of modern software development practices such as agile methodologies and
DevOps.
 Websiteweb services as well as traditional IT networking, operations, management, and security
experience.

 Able to display proven experience as technical leader within a product development team
 High awareness of industry issues and trends, and the ability to incorporate these in future projects,
positioning TekMindz as a leader in new technologies.
Requirements :
 Minimum 8 Years of experience
 You will be designing solutions and related transformation roadmaps.
 Oversee projects to ensure the proper architecture is implemented.
 Apply or recommend best practices in architecture, coding, API integration, CICD pipelines
 You will work closely with the Delivery team to identify growth opportunities within our existing
accounts
 Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend
solutions to improve it.
 Resolving technical problems as they arise.
 Providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
 Continually researching current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed.
 Informing various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being
implemented.
 Assessing the business impact that certain technical choices have.
 Providing updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets.
 Able to move seamlessly between a solutions mindset and a consulting mindset.
 Equally adept at changing your communication style between our clients’ csuite executives and the
talented practitioners on our delivery teams.
 Infrastructure requirements such as Networking, Storage, and Hardware Optimization.
 Consult for optimal design of database environments, analyzing complex distributed production
deployments, and making recommendations to optimize performance
