Job description

Keycafe, a global leader in smart key management solutions, is looking for a highly motivated and organized Success Coordinator to join our growing team in Vancouver. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and successful experience with our innovative key exchange platform.

The Success Coordinator is a key player in the customer journey, from onboarding to longterm engagement. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers are equipped with the knowledge and support they need to maximize the value of Keycafes services. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a passion for problemsolving and building strong customer relationships and strong sales skills.

Requirements

  • Onboarding and Training: Guide new customers through the setup process, providing comprehensive training and resources to ensure a smooth and successful start.
  • Proactive Customer Engagement: Regularly connect with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to enhance their experience.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, longlasting relationships with our diverse clientele, fostering loyalty and advocacy.
  • Knowledge Base Development: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of our help center articles, tutorials, webinars and other educational materials.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to share customer insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of our platform and services.
  • Data and Reporting: Track key customer success metrics and provide regular reports to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.

      • Proven experience in a customer success, or sales role, preferably in a SaaS or technologybased company.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with a diverse range of customers.
      • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
      • A proactive and selfmotivated work ethic, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
      • Empathy and a genuine desire to help customers succeed.
      • A passion for technology and an interest in the sharing economy.
          • A bachelors degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.

              • Competitive Salary: An excellent compensation package with OnTarget Earnings (OTE) of $18,000 $30,000+ USD annually. This includes a guaranteed monthly base salary $1100 USD and a significant, uncapped activitybased commission plan, paid in USD.
