The Role and Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at SmartED, you will work closely with the HR team to recruit and onboard the best talent for the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting resumes
  • Conducting phone and inperson interviews
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
  • Updating job descriptions and job postings on various job portals
  • Assisting in onboarding new employees
    • Candidate Qualifications

      The ideal candidate should have:

      • A bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
      • Prior experience in recruitment or HR functions
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
      • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
        • Required Skills

          The desired technical skills for this role include:

          • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
          • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
