Job Description

• Be a single point of contact for the Appraiser Brokers and other stakeholders for the placement and followup related transaction with respect to work related to the Valuation services.
• Need to get valuation related documents from vendors and appraisers.
• InboundOutbound callemail support to vendors and appraisers, including providing required statusinformation to all the stakeholders involved in the transaction and answering questions about the property.
• Documentation on property related details and calls.
• Interact effectively with multiple stakeholders involved in the transaction.
• Should be capable of producing error free work consistently.
• Maintain 100% SLA and quality yield.
• Should be a fluent English speaker.
• Meet the output HRDs set by the business unit for the process.
• Research top priority items by providing detail investigation of complaints and disputes received form internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to discern matters that require escalation to Supervisor.
• Timely completion of all work assignments and projects
• Maintain strong team alliance, ability to work with coworkers to meet and achieve team and department goals.

• Qualifications

  Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Required Skills

  • Must have excellent written communication skills (with accurate grammar and punctuation)

  • Must have the ability to read and respond to the client’s emails following effective business email writing etiquettes

  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills with fluent English and neutral accent

  • Must have good analytical and cognitive skills

  • Must have an eye for attention to detail

  • Must have minimum 30 wpm speed with the ability to talk over the phone
