Job Description

We are looking for a Mortgage Closing Analyst with a passion for the mortgage industry to develop and manage client relations the Altisource umbrella. This is a great time to join the team and be a part of a growing and stable organization.

• Maintain a working knowledge of US Mortgage closing procedures, federal and state lending laws

• Interpret state rules, statute laws, federal regulations & investor guidelines

• Review mortgage loan documents (closing and disclosures)

• Audit the file from a closing & compliance standpoint on a daily basis and note any exceptions. Assess risk and review for Frauds and Red Flags

• Effectively communicate with US based UnderwritersClients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Required Skills

• Must have excellent written communication skills (with accurate grammar and punctuation)

• Must have the ability to read and respond to the client’s emails following effective business email writing etiquettes

• Must have excellent verbal communication skills with fluent English and neutral accent

• Must have good analytical and cognitive skills

• Must have an eye for attention to detail.
