Job description

Title: Accounts Manager

We have major expansion plans for our operations in India. We are looking for cracker jack gogetters who are also team players to join us on this path of spectacular successful journey.

Position Name : Accounts Manager

Work location : Viman Nagar (Work from office)

Task & Responsibilities: As per following but not limited to

10 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting & Analysis, along with Inventory & Cost Control

Experience with IND GAAP, US GAAP and IFRS Accounting standards.

Proficient in Advance excel spreadsheets and popular accounting software(s).

Experience in processes like Record to Report (R2R), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Intercompany Reconciliation

Required manage crossfunctional team of 12, ranging from entrylevel to team leader.

Ability to deal effectively with month end closing deadlines

Quick learner with good interpersonal skill

Complete knowledge of Managing Inventory Changes, Adjustments, reconciliation & update

Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and internal control procedures.

Knowledge of Handling Service Incentive Scheme work with DGFT.

Preparing and Finalizing Financial Statements.

Managing Purchases Orders, Sales Orders Receipts & Invoices (Material and Services) on Day to Day Basis.

Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills

MBA, M.com or CA

10 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting & Analysis.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with GAAP and IFRS Accounting standards.

Proficient in advance excel spreadsheets and popular accounting software(s).

Quick learner with good interpersonal skill

Complete knowledge of managing inventories.

Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting bestpractices, laws, standards, and statenational regulations.

Ability to multitask

Indian Operational Name: CARE UNIVERSAL BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD.

Work location: Viman Nagar Pune

5 days a week working (2 days weekly off)

Work time: 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM IST
