Role and Responsibilities

The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for connecting with potential candidates who should have up to two years of experience in a recruiter role and exposure in staffing industry for our US IT Clients.

  • Conduct intake meetings with clients to agree on qualification criteria for candidates.
  • Publish job ads on careers pages, job boards, and social media.
  • Source and contact passive candidates online (e.g. via LinkedIn) and network with candidates offline during job fairs.
  • Screen resumes and job applications and interview candidates.
  • Provide shortlists of qualified potential hires and update clients on hiring status (e.g. the number of screened candidates).
  • Prepare candidates before interviews with clients and create talent pipelines with highpotential candidates for future job opportunities.
  • Keep detailed records of past applicants’ information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain good relationships with them.
    • Candidate Qualifications

      The ideal candidate would:

      • Have a minimum of two years of experience in a recruiter role with exposure in the staffing industry for US IT clients.
      • Have a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
      • Possess outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
      • Be proficient in using recruiting software and social media platforms, such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
