      En tant que Analyste supoort applicatif, vous serez responsable de la :

      🔹 Coordination et collaboration

      • Interaction avec les contributeurs internes : Chefs de projets, Business Analysts, Ă©quipes mĂ©tiers et entitĂ©s transverses (architecture, homologation).
      • CoopĂ©ration avec les fournisseurs externes, notamment les Ă©quipes de dĂ©veloppement et les infogĂ©rants en collaboration avec l’équipe de production.
        • 🔹 Gestion des incidents et anomalies

          • Suivi des incidents de production de niveau 2 et 3 :
            • Analyse des incidents selon leur date et gravitĂ©.
            • Proposition de solutions et de contournements adaptĂ©s.
            • Respect des engagements SLA (Service Level Agreement).
              • Analyse approfondie et rĂ©solution des anomalies complexes.
                • 🔹 MontĂ©e en compĂ©tence et expertise

                  • Acquisition d’une expertise fonctionnelle sur les applications du dĂ©partement.
                    • Qualifications

                      Diplômé(e) d’un Bac+5Bac+3 en en informatique

                      Expérience : à partir de 5 ans, Ingénieur ou technicien spécialisé en support applicatif, avec une expertise en analyse des incidents et en gestion des anomalies complexes.
