This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Search for and review candidates on Indeed and other job posting sites
Screen resumes to identify qualified applicants based on job requirements
Message potential candidates and respond to applicant inquiries
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates in collaboration with the hiring manager
Use Go High Level CRM to:
Track candidates through the interview pipeline
Send and respond to candidate messages
Maintain organized candidate records and notes
Follow up with candidates to confirm interview times and provide necessary details
Communicate regularly with the hiring manager to provide status updates and next steps
Experience with online job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Strong written English communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple candidates at once
Previous experience in recruitment or HR preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems (Go High Level experience is a plus)
Reliable internet connection and ability to work during agreed business hours
