What You’ll Do
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job descriptions, posting ads, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews, as well as new hire orientation.
  • Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as managing employee records and preparing onboarding materials.
  • Help with onboarding new employees, ensuring all required documentation is completed.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other administrative matters.
  • Assist in managing timekeeping, attendance, and payroll-related tasks.
  • Administer benefits, including workers’ compensation and other benefits.
  • Manage end-of-period reporting and process accounting/invoicing with the financial team.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, phones, and take orders.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

What We’re Looking For
  • College educated
  • Experience in HR or administrative support.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HR software, data entry, and scheduling tools.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring
  • Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Tech-savvy with a quick learning curve for new software
  • Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)
