About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Global HR team supporting end-to-end HR functions across multiple countries. If you're passionate about Human Resources and looking to kick-start your career in the tech industry, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities: job postings, CV screening, interview coordination

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

• Assist in drafting HR documentation, letters, and internal communications

• Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives

• Support compliance and policy implementation

• Participate in HR projects and reporting activities as assigned

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

• Able to handle confidential information with integrity

• Interest in the tech/startup environment is a plus
