Growth Operations Specialist

Drive process improvement and operational excellence

We're hiring a Growth Operations Specialist to help us scale our clinic operations. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience looking to own systems, coordinate across teams, and help drive meaningful growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Optimize billing systems, patient management, and internal workflows
Manage integrations with platforms like GoHighLevel, Office Ally, and Monday.com
Serve as liaison with external billing partners and ensure SLA compliance
Maintain and improve SOPs for core processes
Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires
Partner with marketing to build and analyze performance of growth campaigns
Identify and act on opportunities to streamline operations

Qualifications:

2–4 years of experience in operations or growth roles, preferably in healthcare or startups
Skilled in using CRMs and automation/project management tools
Strong communicator with attention to detail
Able to manage multiple systems and projects simultaneously
Data-oriented mindset with light experience in analysis or automation tools
