Outbound Business Development Representative

Location: Remote (U.S. Time Zones)
Type: Full-Time

We’re an early-stage startup building next-generation solutions at the intersection of AI and data-driven innovation. As an Outbound Business Development Representative, you’ll be a critical part of our growth team—owning the top of the sales funnel, prospecting new business, and qualifying leads that fuel long-term revenue.

This is a high-impact role for someone who’s proactive, metrics-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You’ll work closely with account executives and marketing to optimize outreach, experiment with new tactics, and lay the foundation for scalable customer acquisition.

What You’ll Do

  • Launch and manage outbound outreach to strategic accounts through email, phone, and social channels

  • Qualify leads by identifying pain points, timing, and fit for our offerings

  • Use tools like Apollo, Gong, and ChatGPT to scale and personalize outreach

  • Collaborate with AEs and marketing to iterate on messaging and improve conversion rates

  • Track pipeline metrics, feedback, and lead quality to improve process and performance

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales development or outbound prospecting

  • Proven ability to book qualified meetings and hit outbound KPIs

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound sales tools (e.g., Apollo, Gong, HubSpot)

  • Strong written and verbal communication with a consultative, value-driven approach

  • Ability to work core U.S. business hours for real-time outreach and team collaboration
