We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, and monitor progress against key milestones. Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, proactively addressing challenges to ensure project success. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements, expectations, negotiations, Adaptability and deliverables, and manage stakeholder communications effectively. Lead project teams, providing direction, guidance, and support to team members, and foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment. Monitor project performance, track progress against project plans, and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies, and adhere to established project management methodologies and best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement lessons learned from previous projects to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes. Act as a liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and clients, facilitating communication and resolving conflicts as needed. Collaborate with senior management to define project objectives, priorities, and success criteria, and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; PMP certification is preferred. Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sector. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with the ability to apply them effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Solid understanding of budgeting, financial management, and risk assessment principles, with the ability to manage project budgets and resources efficiently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues, identify solutions, and make sound decisions under pressure. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in project management software and tools, including MS Project, Primavera, or similar applications. Experience working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region is highly desirable. Fluent in English, with proficiency in Arabic considered a plus.
