Player Support Agent at TransPerfect Gaming Solutions

TransPerfect Gaming Solutions is seeking a Player Support Agent to join our Production department. As a Player Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our players through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with other professionals to ensure our players have the best possible gaming experience. You will be responsible for resolving player issues, answering questions, and providing guidance on game features and functionality.

The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well under pressure. You should be comfortable working with a variety of gaming platforms and have a passion for gaming and the gaming industry.
