Job description

Your Impact
The Senior Manager, Media Network Product & Tech Ops drives the product roadmap and implementation of technology solutions for the Lowe's Media Network (LMN). This role advances network capabilities, improves performance, and ensures alignment with operational goals. Working closely with the Enterprise Director of Tech Ops, the Senior Manager leads product initiatives from concept to execution, enhancing SLAs, inventory utilization, and pricing efficiency. The role fosters a technology and process-driven culture to deliver value to internal teams and advertising partners.

What You Will Do

  • Drive the evaluation, implementation, and continuous improvement of ad tech platforms (e.g., ad servers, demand-side platforms, supply-side platforms, and self-service tools) to support RMN activation and operational efficiency.

  • Ensure seamless data flow and process alignment across platforms and functional teams by managing system integrations and workflow connectivity.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Media Network team and key partners across Technology, Data Analytics & Customer Insights (DACI), Digital, and Enterprise Marketing to ensure alignment of the broader technology roadmap with planning, activation, and operational objectives.

  • Lead all technology-related initiatives within the media network—including third-party and internally developed solutions—managing timelines, resources, and communications to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Translate business needs into scalable, technology-enabled solutions that strengthen Retail Media Network capabilities and performance.

  • Maintain clear documentation, training resources, and governance models to support consistent system usage and process adoption.

  • Provide training and support to internal teams to maximize the effectiveness of advertising technology platforms and operational workflows.

  • Stay current on trends and innovations in retail media and marketing technology to guide strategic planning and platform evolution.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience

  • 8-10 Years of General Marketing experience

  • 5-7 Years experience in Marketing Operations

  • 5-7 Years leadership experience - Direct or Cross-Functional

Preferred Skills/Education

  • Master's Degree Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience

  • Project Management experience

Pay Range: $110,900.00 - $185,200.00 annually
