Take Command is a start-up on a mission to improve the healthcare system, starting with health insurance. Pragmatically speaking, we help employers reimburse employees for individual insurance instead of offering a traditional one-size-fits-all group plan. SMB Account Executive (Inbound Sales – Brokers & Small Businesses)
About the Role:
Take Command is growing fast, and so is the demand for our innovative health insurance solutions. As an SMB Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in responding to inbound leads from small to medium-sized businesses and benefit consultants (brokers) who are interested in our platform. This is a consultative, high-impact sales role focusing on meaningful educational conversations.
You’ll guide business owners and brokers through the buying journey: listening, educating, answering questions across phone, email, and Zoom, ultimately helping them adopt our platform. Additionally, you’ll help shape the future of our sales process by providing feedback and ideas for improvement.

Compensation: $80,000 OTE ($50,000-$60,000 base salary + $20,000 variable)
