We have an opening for a Quality Improvement Advisor (QIA) - Remote (Must reside in South Dakota)
The full-time remote QIA must reside in South Dakota and will be the client’s primary point of contact within Mountain Pacific for all activities including organizational communication, contract management, marketing of additional services and/or products, and dispute resolution. As such this position is responsible for establishing and communicating clear expectations on the roles and responsibilities to the client of the services Mountain Pacific will provide; ensures client expectations are met with a high degree of customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for meeting internal and external metrics associated with assigned contracts.

The QIA is a full-time remote position in South Dakota. The successful candidate would have excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. A minimum of 1 year of experience with 3 or more years’ healthcare experience preferred. This position requires travel up to 15-60%. The target compensation for this position is $65,000 - $89,000 a year. The first review of candidates will be on August 20, 2025, and continually reviewed every 5 days after.
