Job Description

We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Associate, Quality Management & Compliance to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems and procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze quality data and prepare comprehensive reports for management review
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
  • Support the development and delivery of quality and compliance training programs
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation of quality processes and compliance activities
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality management practices
    • Qualifications
      • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field
      • 23 years of experience in quality management or compliance roles
      • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and compliance regulations
      • Proficiency in data analysis, risk assessment, and reporting techniques
      • Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
      • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software
      • Knowledge of industryspecific regulations and standards
      • Understanding of quality control processes and continuous improvement methodologies
      • Quality management certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) preferred
      • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
