SpreetailBBE is seeking a Head of Growth & Operations at Buy Box Experts to own revenue growth and operational excellence in one of the most competitive marketplaces on the planet. In this role reporting to our Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll drive sales strategy, refine processes, and lead a highperforming team to deliver transformative client results. This role is for a builder — someone who spots opportunities, moves fast, and turns vision into reality. Your work won’t just fuel growth; it will shape the future of how we win.

How will you achieve success:
  • Own and execute growth strategies to expand the client base and revenue, identifying highpotential verticals, partnerships, and services while managing the BD pipeline with a performancedriven culture.
  • Partner with SDR and Marketing to maintain a consistent flow of highquality leads and convert them into longterm client relationships.
  • Assess, refine, and scale operational workflows to improve efficiency, client satisfaction, and delivery excellence, ensuring alignment between sales promises and execution.
  • Implement datadriven reporting, KPIs, and streamlined processes to track performance, drive accountability, and foster continuous improvement across teams.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a highperforming team while serving as the connective link between sales, operations, and leadership to align priorities and deliver results.
