    • Job Overview

      Were hiring a Remote Technical Recruiter based in the Philippines to support staffing efforts across our IT, engineering, and project management verticals. This is a client focused recruiting role responsible for sourcing and qualifying consultants for contract engagements with U.S. based companies.


      We are looking for someone who is both personable and tech savvy, able to manage multiple requisitions, communicate clearly with candidates, and work across sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and AI screening platforms. This is not an internal recruiting role — it supports delivery for Scopewell’s external clients.


      Responsibilities
      • Source and screen candidates for IT, engineering, and project management roles
      • Manage multiple open requisitions and prioritize effectively
      • Conduct initial screening calls to assess experience and communication
      • Maintain organized candidate pipelines using internal tracking tools
      • Use LinkedIn Recruiter and AI powered tools to identify and evaluate talent
      • Coordinate with internal teams on interviews and hiring updates
      • Share clear and timely progress reports with delivery leads

        • Requirements
          • 2 to 5 years of experience recruiting in IT, engineering, or project management
          • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing platforms
          • Comfortable working with AI tools and supporting multiple roles simultaneously
          • Organized and detail oriented with strong follow through
          • Able to work full time from 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday

            • Preferred Qualifications
              • Experience recruiting for U.S. based clients or staffing firms
              • Familiarity with VMS or MSP models
              • Exposure to Monday.com or any ATS platforms
              • Experience using tools like SeekOut, HireEZ, or other AI sourcing solutions

                  • Comfortable learning and using new tools and technology
                  • Works independently and stays proactive in a remote environment
