Primary responsibilities
As Customer Care Agent you will be responsible mainly for North American customers:
Answering incoming calls and requests
Supplying customers with information
CRM database entries for leads and new customers
Processing orders
Processing quotations
Pro-active phone calls to promote our services and increase customer satisfaction
Supporting and collaborating with other departments and worldwide locations to ensure deadlines are met
Handling general administrative tasks and efficiency assistance activities
Other miscellaneous tasks as business requires
Professional qualifications and personal skills
Experience from a sales or service function where customer satisfaction has been paramount
Excellent communication skills in English
Computer knowledge (Microsoft® Office)
Sales Force and SAP S4 experience is a plus
Strong team and interpersonal skills
Task-oriented, self-motivated and flexible
Driven by customer satisfaction
An energetic personality and the ability to multi-task and handle stressful situations
