Healthy Mind & Brain Center (HMBC) is a growing mental health group that takes a unique approach to helping people heal and grow. We offer both traditional therapies—like CBT, EMDR, and trauma-focused counseling—as well as non-traditional approaches like neurofeedback, meditation, neuroplasticity, and brain training. Our goal is to help clients make real, lasting changes in how they think, feel, and live.
We believe in using what works—whether it’s cutting-edge brain science or tried-and-true therapy methods—and we’re proud of the results we get.
We’re looking for a Customer Care Specialist to be the friendly and professional first point of contact for our clients. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, is organized, and feels comfortable working in a mental health setting. You’ll support our clients through their journey by making sure they feel welcomed, heard, and cared for from the very first phone call.
Answer phone calls and respond to emails from new and current clients
Help schedule appointments, manage calendars, and support client onboarding
Provide clear, caring answers to questions about our services and therapists
Work closely with our clinical team to make sure clients are well-supported
Maintain accurate and confidential records following HIPAA guidelines
Assist with client paperwork, billing communication, and basic tech support (like helping with telehealth logins)
Represent HMBC’s values in every interaction—with empathy, professionalism, and care
Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or a mental health setting is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using technology, scheduling tools, and EHR systems (we can train you)
Able to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment with grace
A calm, compassionate presence and a genuine interest in mental wellness
Discretion and respect for client confidentiality at all times
Competitive hourly pay: $29–$33/hour depending on experience
A supportive, collaborative team that truly cares about the work we do
Exposure to both traditional and innovative approaches to mental health
Opportunities for training and professional growth
A chance to make a real impact in people’s lives, every single day
If you’re passionate about helping others and want to be part of a team that’s changing the way mental health care is delivered, we’d love to hear from you. Please apply with your resume and a short note about why this role interests you.
