Customer Care Representative
Hybrid/Onsite: Palmyra, WI
Shift: 9:30am – 6:00pm CST, Monday–Friday

We’re currently seeking a Customer Care Representative who is passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional service. If you're solution-oriented, detail-driven, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we’d love to meet you!
As a member of our Customer Care team, you’ll be the helpful and knowledgeable point of contact for customers and potential customers. In this role, you will:
Receive and process product and literature orders by phone and email
Refer patients to Health Care Professionals within our network
Answer basic product information questions and assist with website navigation
Resolve customer issues including shipping delays, order errors, and missing packages
Maintain accurate customer account records
Support sales and marketing initiatives through product and literature promotions
Transfer calls to internal teams or field sales representatives as needed
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal departments to provide seamless service
Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED required
At least one year of customer service experience preferred
Call center experience is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
Experience with ERP systems is beneficial

Active listening and strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
Proficient typing skills, including 10-key
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to manage sensitive customer interactions with tact and professionalism
Reliability and punctuality in a team-based setting
