Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Facilitation:
  • Facilitate Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
  • Guide the team in self-organization and continuous improvement.
  • Help the team to create high-value increments each Sprint.

• Impediment Removal:
  • Identify and remove impediments that are blocking the team's progress.
  • Escalate issues to management when necessary.

• Coaching:
  • Coach the team on Scrum principles, practices, and values.
  • Help the team to improve their processes and workflows.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability.

• Product Owner Support:
  • Work with the Product Owner to ensure that the Product Backlog is well-defined and prioritized.
  • Help the Product Owner to understand and apply Scrum principles.

• Organization Support:
  • Work with other Scrum Masters to promote Scrum adoption throughout the organization.
  • Help to remove organizational impediments that are hindering the team's progress.

Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and values.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
