We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in logistics to support a longterm initiative for a leading global FMCG player. The ideal candidate will lead logisticsrelated projects across international supply chain operations, ensuring timely and costeffective delivery of outcomes in a complex, fastpaced environment.

This is a strategic project with high visibility, requiring collaboration across multiple functions and geographies.

Requirements

YOU WILL
  • Manage the endtoend delivery of logisticsrelated projects within a global FMCG context.
  • Coordinate crossfunctional project teams including supply chain, procurement, operations, and IT.
  • Define and track project plans, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure ontime, inscope, and withinbudget execution.
  • Report regularly to stakeholders and senior leadership on project status, challenges, and outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement and standardization in logistics processes.
    • YOU NEED
      • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, including complex international projects.
      • Proven background in logisticssupply chain projects (e.g., warehousing, transportation, distribution network optimization, lastmile delivery, logistics systems implementation, etc.).
      • Experience in FMCG industry or with global retaillogistics organizations preferred.
      • Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, SAFe or equivalent) required.
      • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to lead virtual, multicultural teams.
      • Strong problemsolving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle ambiguity.
      • Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong advantage, especially for Buenos Airesbased candidates.
      • Availability to work in Americas time zones is required β€” candidates based in Europe (e.g., Poland) must be open to working in those hours.

          • Familiarity with logistics platforms (e.g., SAP TM, WMS, TMS).
          • Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
          • Knowledge of procurement and vendor management in logistics operations.
