You won’t be alone, though. Our marketing team is small, senior, and collaborative. You'll be working closely with our CMO Heikki and Marketing Manager Anna, who are both hands-on marketers with a shared growth mindset. Together, we’re building the kind of marketing team that challenges each other, learns fast, and gets things done.

This is a hands-on, growth-focused marketing role where your main goal is to generate high-quality inbound leads – especially from outside Finland, with a focus on the Nordics and Benelux regions. You’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to build scalable campaigns, test new ideas, and bring in real business results across multiple markets.
Own and operate lead generation campaigns across channels like Google, LinkedIn, and other B2B-relevant platforms
Manage and optimize paid media budgets – balancing performance, cost-efficiency, and experimentation
Collaborate with sales to align campaigns with target segments and ensure smooth handovers
Track performance, analyze data, and adjust your approach based on insights
Build and improve landing pages, campaign content, and basic visuals (e.g. in Canva)
Bring structure and repeatability to how we run marketing experiments: frameworks, playbooks, templates
Share learnings and new ideas with the team – we value curiosity and initiative
Help shape how Zefort does growth marketing today and tomorrow
You’ll be part of a small, skilled team:
Heikki (CMO) – your team lead, a strategic and people-first leader who values creativity and high standards
Anna (Marketing Manager) – a content generalist and your key marketing teammate
Sales & SDRs – you’ll collaborate closely with the commercial team to align efforts and track results
Occasional collaboration with our external agency partners, designers, or developers
We’ll measure your impact by:
Inbound lead volume: we aim to 3X increase daily qualified leads
Campaign & channel performance: are the right leads coming in from the right channels?
Landing page conversion rates: your campaigns drive visitors who convert
Frameworks & system building: you bring structure, clarity, and repeatability to our marketing efforts
Longer-term: You’ll contribute to growing Zefort’s ARR significantly in key markets
Zefort is on a mission to make contract management smarter, simpler, and more secure. Founded in 2017, we’ve built a SaaS product that helps companies take control of their contracts – from signing to secure archiving and everything in between.
Our customers include both massive global enterprises and fast-growing tech companies, but our sweet spot lies in mid-sized businesses where regulation matters and contract chaos is all too common. Think financial services, IT consulting, healthcare, and manufacturing. We’re growing fast, and so is our market.

Base salary range: 4000–5500 € / month, depending on your experience

✅ 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth or performance marketing
✅ Proven track record planning and executing lead gen campaigns in English
✅ Comfortable with tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, Canva, and basic analytics
✅ Data-driven mindset – you love testing, tracking and iterating
✅ Sharp communicator and team player, especially when working across sales and marketing
