In this position, you will be essential in providing exceptional online shopping assistance to our Finnishspeaking customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed with professionalism and care.


Responsibilities
  • Deliver highquality customer support to Finnishspeaking clients via email, chat, and phone communications.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to product information, order status, returns, and payment options.
  • Effectively address and resolve customer complaints and issues with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Accurately manage and process customer orders throughout the entire order lifecycle.
  • Keep updated on product offerings, promotions, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with different departments to enhance the overall customer service experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system for effective followup and resolution.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
      • Prior experience in customer service or ecommerce is preferred.
      • A strong enthusiasm for ecommerce and an understanding of online shopping behaviors.
      • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
      • Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous.
      • Ability to work independently and manage inquiries in a fastpaced environment.
