Role Summary
We are hiring an Inside Sales Engineer to support our customers across the EMEA region. In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise, answer productrelated queries, and assist in designing solutions that meet customer needs. You’ll be a key technical advisor during the sales cycle, ensuring a smooth and informed buying experience.
What You Will Do
Provide technical expertise to the Sales Team supporting commercial customers in the 1–100 user segment.
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them navigate security challenges and maximize the value of Sophos full product portfolio with the emphasis on MDR, XDR, Firewall, incident response preparedness, and proactive risk reduction.
Lead the technical sales cycle from opportunity qualification through to technical closure, acting as the primary technical point of contact.
Provide support for MSP partners concentrating on onboarding activities around Sophos product portfolio.
Deliver engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and virtual technical meetings; supports onsite engagements when necessary.
Enable channel partners through webinars, formal training sessions, and distribution of technical sales and enablement materials.
Respond promptly to technical inquiries from sales representatives and partners via email, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.
Support sales campaigns aimed at driving product adoption, as well as crossselling and upselling opportunities within both existing and new customers.
Perform health checks and policy reviews to drive crosssell, upsell, and deepen customer relationships.
What You Will Bring
At least 2 years of experience in a technical presales role in cybersecurity, with proven leadership in customer and partner engagements.
Knowledge in the following areas is an advantage:
o MDR, EDRXDR, and SIEMSOAR solutions
o Network and Endpoint Security, including Endpoint Protection, Firewall, Email Security, Wireless, and Mobile Security
Knowledge in Windows, Linux, Active Directory, and network security (L2–L7).
Strong presentation, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to be selfmotivated and thrive in a team environment.
Knowledge of Cybersecurity industry, including competitors, market needs, and trends.
Familiarity with Sophos solutions or similar competitive products is a plus.
Excellent project management and writing skills.
Relevant certifications are a plus.
