In this key role, you will be responsible for supporting our enterprise clients who speak Danish, helping them navigate their business challenges and capitalizing on opportunities through tailored consulting. Your expertise will contribute significantly to their success and foster strong, longterm partnerships.


Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for Danishspeaking enterprise clients, addressing inquiries and providing excellent support.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses to deliver effective and customized solutions.
  • Conduct extensive consultations to help clients strategize and implement business solutions that align with their goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure highquality service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing support and engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with valuable insights.
  • Assist clients in overcoming any operational challenges they face during their engagement.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
      • Proven experience in a client relationship management role, especially with enterprise clients.
      • Strong knowledge of business solutions and effective consulting practices.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships.
      • Selfmotivated with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
      • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
      • Strong analytical skills and a problemsolving mindset.
