In this pivotal role, you will act as the goto consultant for our enterprise clients who speak Spanish, guiding them in leveraging our services to enhance their business outcomes. Your skills in communication and strategic assessment will be critical in building trust and ensuring client satisfaction.


Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main liaison for Spanishspeaking enterprise clients, addressing their unique needs and challenges.
  • Understand clients business models to provide customized solutions that meet their specific goals.
  • Conduct indepth consultations with clients to help them implement effective strategies and services.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client solutions.
  • Establish and nurture strong, longlasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about market trends and company offerings to provide clients with relevant insights.
  • Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
      • Demonstrated experience in a clientfocused role, particularly with enterprise accounts.
      • Strong ability to understand and recommend business solutions.
      • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
      • Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple client needs concurrently.
      • Experienced with CRM tools and Microsoft Office products.
      • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
