Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Norwegianspeaking enterprise clients, managing their inquiries and service requests.
• Gain an indepth understanding of clients businesses to provide personalized and effective solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive consultations to develop strategies that align with clients goals and aspirations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions and client satisfaction.
• Forge and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing support and trust.
• Stay updated on industry trends to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
• Assist clients in resolving challenges and enhancing their overall experience with our services.

• Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in a client relationship management role, particularly with enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of business solutions and consulting practices.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, emphasizing relationshipbuilding.
  • Selfmotivated with effective organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
