JOB SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a handson FinTech Manager to take full ownership of fin tech across our growing interactive spatialmedia platforms. Your primary mission will be to build and scale a thriving creator economy that fosters peer to peer transactions, automates payments, monetizes content, and empowers creators to earn seamlessly.

You’ll start from direct, tangible solutions like streamlining creators onboarding, payout automation, marketplace transactions. This role requires a pragmatic, detailoriented mindset: you’ll solve everyday fintech challenges while crafting the longterm vision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own and execute the fintech vision starting with practical, daytoday solutions that empower creators to monetize content easily and transparently.

• Lead the design, implementation, and automation of seamless onboarding, payouts, and transactions within our creator ecosystem.

• Develop and expand the Drive Economy enabling creators to directly monetize their content, manage subscriptions, handle micropayments, and track revenue effortlessly.

• Register and regularly test creator experiences, proactively identifying pain points, and automating payment workflows.

• Work closely with existing finance, product, and engineering teams to build secure, scalable fintech solutions integrated deeply into our spatialmedia infrastructure.

• Establish analytics to ensure realtime insights into creator revenue, user transactions, platform fees, and marketplace activities.

• Constantly explore and introduce innovative fintech solutions and payment gateways tailored to the spatialmedia and VRAR market.

• Streamline compliance, taxation, and transaction processes for creators worldwide, reducing manual interventions and friction.

• Build effective fintech team to support growing operational demands and evolving product needs.

• YOUR PROFILE:

  • Proven track record building fintech products, particularly focused on creator or marketplace economy contexts.

  • Comfortable directly testing, using, and optimizing fintech features and systems as a realworld user (creators, affiliates, subscribers).

  • Deep familiarity with fintech automation, payment gateways, micropayments, international transactions, and compliance management.

  • Technical proficiency to closely collaborate with developers, designers, and data teams, while translating fintech requirements into clear, executable projects.

  • Strategic ability to see and build longterm fintech vision, always grounded in daytoday practicality and incremental success.

  • Strong communicator, capable of clearly articulating fintech strategies, product roadmaps, and practical insights to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

  • Fluency in English.
