We deliver valuable results and insights for a fastgrowing clientele of major app developers using elite programmatic user acquisition and retargeting technologies. Our ever evolving, stateoftheart machine learning platform targets high value users in realtime at their peak potential to ensure our client’s app growth.

We are looking for a highperforming Account Executive to join as our first sales hire in Korea and take the lead in building our presence in this strategic market from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape our gotomarket strategy, establish strong local relationships, and lay the foundation for longterm success in the region.

As part of our APAC Growth team, youll report directly to the Head of Growth, APAC, working with multiple verticals, and partnership with Customer Success, Marketing, and R&D teams.

The right candidate will be a highimpact individual capable of driving outstanding business results & relationships. You will be fully responsible for developing and managing the activity to generate revenue and achieve individual and organizational quotas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Ownership – Define and execute a gotomarket plan for Korea, focusing on IAPheavy and highLTV game advertisers (RPG, MMORPG, casino, midcore & hardcore).
  • Pipeline Generation & Closure – Source, qualify, and close new directadvertiser, negotiate commercial terms, IOs, and MSAcontractual agreements.
  • Relationship Management – Act as the primary point of contact for Clevel, growth, and UA leads of local advertisers; drive new sales and close collaboration with Customer Success Managers.
  • Revenue Accountability – Own quarterly new clients target; forecast accurately, maintain Salesforce hygiene, and report KPIs to APAC head of growth.
  • Thought Leadership – Represent Bigabid at industry events (e.g., GStar, PlayX4); host private workshops and webinars to educate the market on programmatic best practices.
  • Voice of Customer – Relay market feedback to Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap (e.g., UA model localization, SKAN & Privacy Sandbox readiness).

      • 8+ years of B2B sales experience in mobile adtech, programmatic DSP, ad network, or measurementattribution platforms.
      • Proven track record of meetingexceeding $35 M+ annual revenue quotas with tier1 Korean game publishers or largescale app advertisers.
      • Deep network within Korea’s gaming ecosystem andor mobile marketing decision makers (growth, UA, CMO level).
      • Expertise in programmatic RTB, CPICPAROAS models, SKAN, and datadriven UART strategies.
      • Language: Nativelevel Korean (spoken & written) and businessfluent English.
      • Analytical mindset – comfortable with campaign metrics, bid logs, and ROI modelling; proficiency in ExcelSheets and Salesforce (or similar CRM).
      • Startup mentality – selfmotivated, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fastgrowing, remotefirst environment.
        • Preferred Requirements:

          • Fluent Mandarin (spoken & written) for crossborder collaboration with Greater China teammates.
          • Experience pitching to or working inside Web3crypto, ecommerce, or OTT verticals.
          • Familiarity with creative optimization (DCO, playable ads) and incrementality testing methodologies.
