As a Business Development Representative at Meridianlink, you will fuel our pipeline generation by qualifying prepipeline opportunities for the MeridianLink sales team. The BDR is the first point of contact and will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads in both and outbound and inbound function. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop contacts to create salesready leads and opportunities
Research accounts, identify key roles, and generate interest through cold discovery calls and email campaigns
Create relationships with potential customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability
Present product information to customers once you have identified their needs
Set up meetings between prospective clients and Account Executives
Work closely with the sales team to drive continuous improvement in lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generation to strategically create opportunities within identified accounts
Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives
