Product Management at Cohere:

Our team is responsible for driving the direction of Cohere’s technology to the world through our interfaces. We’ve released both generative models like Command A, retrieval models like Embed 4 and Rerank 3.5, and products such as North and Compass. At Cohere, PMs work on the core models, APIs, and endtoend products that serve our enterprises and developers.

We view the role that PMs play at Cohere to be “fullstack” in the sense that you will work with crossfunctional stakeholders at every step of the way when training and evaluating the models, delivering the product, ensuring successful GTM and customer happiness.

About The Human Data Role

Human Data is critical for the modeling team. It powers what our models learn, what they get better at and how they are evaluated.

In this role, you will be working with stakeholders all over the company to understand what human data is needed to improve the capabilities of our models. You will be working across all the tools and teams involved in data creation and curation. You will be pioneering how “model in the loop” highquality human annotation can be collected at enormous scale for both training and evaluation.

This is a high impact role which is fundamental for Cohere’s success.
