  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Danishspeaking customers, assisting them through phone, email, and chat communications.
  • Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide comprehensive information about our products and services in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with various teams to identify opportunities for improving customer service processes based on customer insights.
  • Stay informed about our products and policies to deliver precise and effective assistance.
  • Participate in team meetings and share ideas for enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Support the development of new team members by sharing your expertise and best practices.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Danish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
      • Experience in customer service roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
      • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, coupled with a customerfocused mindset.
      • Skilled in engaging effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
      • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support applications.
      • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
