Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Finnishspeaking customers, assisting them through phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, effectively resolve issues, and provide comprehensive information about our products and services.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance customer service processes based on customer insights and experiences.
  • Stay updated on product lines and company policies to offer accurate and effective support.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and discuss opportunities for improving customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the training of new team members by sharing your knowledge and best practices.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Finnish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
      • Strong problemsolving abilities and a dedicated customercentric approach.
      • Capability to engage effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
      • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support software.
      • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
