Job description

Position Type: Remote - From the East Coast
Contract Length: 4 months


We are seeking a highly skilled AEM Developer with proven experience in headless and single-page application (SPA) architectures. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise integrating Adobe Experience Manager with modern frameworks such as Next.js, managing content fragments for consistent cross-channel delivery, and optimizing content experiences within Adobe Managed Services (AMS).

Required Skills:
  • 4+ years of hands-on AEM development experience.

  • Proven track record deploying and managing AEM on Adobe Managed Services (AMS).

  • Strong expertise in headless content delivery using AEM Content Services or GraphQL.

  • Proficiency with AEM SPA Editor and React integration.

  • Solid knowledge of the OSGi framework and modular Java-based development.

  • Familiarity with search integration and dynamic media configuration.


Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering.

  • Background in digital content strategy and multi-channel publishing.


Duties:
  • Design, develop, and maintain AEM solutions within a headless architecture using Content Services or GraphQL APIs.

  • Implement SPA Editor support for React-based applications to enable in-context editing.

  • Build and manage OSGi bundles, Sling Models, and Servlets for scalable backend functionality.

  • Leverage Content Fragments and Experience Fragments for structured, reusable, multi-channel content delivery.

  • Integrate AEM with Next.js for server-side rendering and enhanced performance.

  • Configure and maintain search capabilities using Apache Lucene, Elasticsearch, or Adobe Search & Promote.

  • Set up Adobe Dynamic Media for responsive delivery of rich media assets.
