About the Role: Our client is seeking enthusiastic software developers who are fluent in both English and Japanese to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals eager to develop expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You will collaborate with global teams to design, build, and deploy secure, scalable CMS platforms that align with business needs.

Note: Experience with AEM is mandatory (at least 1 year experience)
For foreigners, onsite work mode in Vietnam for 6 months is required. Then the candidate can come back to his/her hometown and work remotely

Key Responsibilities:

Build responsive and scalable web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
Develop robust integrations between CMS platforms and third-party services using RESTful APIs and modern authentication methods.
Learn backend development with Java, including AEM core technologies like OSGi, Sling Models, and JCR.
Work with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) to support deployments.
Engage in code reviews, testing, and Agile activities to continuously enhance code quality and team collaboration.
Contribute to a team culture centered on shared ownership, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Must have:

Proficiency in both English and Japanese (minimum N3 level; certification not required).
Solid programming foundation in Java, .NET, or modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
Strong analytical thinking and a proactive approach to learning.
Team player with the ability to collaborate across diverse, multicultural teams.
Clear communication and good documentation practices.
Willingness to grow in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Nice to have:

Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab) and cloud services (AWS, Azure).
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker), or unit testing.
