This is a hybrid role working from our Plymouth Meeting, PA office. On site expectations are 2-3 days per week.
The pay range for this position is $122,500- $130,000. This range is annualized, assuming normal full-time employment.
Role overview
The Data Integrations Manager is part of the Data Integrations team, and is responsible for managing an ecosystem of data feeds required to successfully run Accolade’s business.
A day in the life…
Manage a team of data integration and support engineers to deploy and maintain both inbound and outbound data integrations to support Accolade’s business.
Manage the inflow of requests from stakeholder groups, maintaining a backlog of work tickets while working to prioritize and delvier timely results.
Manages relationships with Accolade’s data partner ecosystem to ensure day to day file operations and maintenance activities for existing customers are performed to expecttatons and/or service level agreements.
Ensures proper communication between Accolade stakeholders such as Customer Implementation, Customer Success and external stakeholders such as benefit administrators, carrier and partner.
Assist with escalations to benefit administrators, carriers and partners when needed
Organize and work effectively with staff from cross-functional teams across the organization.
Create & maintain program documentation such as program/project plans, functional requirements and specifications, gap and dependency analyses, briefs, and periodic reports.
Continuously identifying and drive process improvements opportunities.
Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
Conduct issue and metric tracking and reporting necessary to communicate overall program health/status.
Facilitate conflict/issue resolution at the Product and Tech organization level.
Work with multiple functional groups across geographies and time zones.
What we are looking for…
Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Business, Information Management, Computer Science Engineering related fields.
4+ years leading data integration teams or similar team management
Experience with Project and Partner Management in Healthcare
Experience with Data Integrations (ETL) specifically working with healthcare data types such as benefits, claims, clinical or referral data.
Strong SQL skills to support data analysis and validation.
Experience with File Operations and Quality tools such as GoAnywhere MFT, ReTool, Jira, MonteCarlo is required.
Working knowledge of agile delivery methodologies – SCRUM & KANBAN
Strong collaboration, team building, and leadership skills with internal and external partners and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, prioritize requests, and deliver on accountabilities
Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and priorities and to create order from ambiguity.
Excellent communication, analytical, prioritization and communications skills
Experience managing cross-company teams involved in cross organization initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
Developing people management/leadership skills.
The salary range for this role is:
$103500-$160400Annually
