About the role

You will play an integral role in supporting HR Business Partnering function and advancing HR project initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with HR Business Partners to deliver day-to-day support for key stakeholders across the business

  • Assist with employee relations activities, including preparing documents and scheduling meetings

  • Collaborate in workforce planning efforts, offering strategic insights and support for staffing needs

  • Collect, analyse, and present data that informs decision-making on workforce trends

  • Assist with the implementation and execution of key HR projects aligned with business goals

  • Build and maintain dashboards for key HR metrics in tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple HR platforms

  • The start date is June for a 6 month’s internship

About you

We seek enthusiastic candidates with the following skills and attributes:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field

  • Familiarity with HR processes such as recruitment, performance management, and employee relations

  • Basic understanding of HR systems and analytics tools (e.g., Workday, Tableau, or Power BI)

  • Experience or interest in managing projects with measurable outcomes

  • Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Working Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and conditional formatting etc for data organization and analysis)

  • Ability to work successfully both independently and within teams

  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments
