Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with local vendors on mobility-related matters, including onboarding, visas, work permits, and payroll.
  • Manage company social security and bank accounts, and handle corporate finance and tax-related tasks.
  • Work closely with the global mobility team to source information and document processes.
  • Maintain accurate and updated professionals' personal information in compliance with privacy policies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with local vendors on mobility matters, to drive seamless delivery on various mobility practices including, but not limited to onboarding/off-boarding, visa, work permit, labor contract, payroll, income tax, system administration.
  • Management of company social security accounts and bank accounts. Corporate finance and tax-related
  • Work Closely with others in the global mobility team for information sourcing and documenting
  • Maintain process documentation for the global mobility department.
  • Ensure accuracy and updates of the professionals' personal information, in compliance with our privacy policies.
  • Any other supporting tasks required.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • 3-5 years HR related work experience with solid knowledge of payroll taxation. B2B service experience is preferred.
  • Fluent in English, Chinese is a plus.
  • Proficient in using office software (Word, PPT, Excel and outlook)
  • A strong communicator, an outgoing personality, and a motivation to learn.
