You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and DevOps to align customer needs with our technical capabilities, while delivering exceptional communication and guidance to clients throughout their journey.

About the Team

You’ll be joining IDVerse, the identity verification platform within LexisNexis Risk Solutions. Our mission is to empower true identity for people across the globe—helping users access digital services with trust and ease.

We’ve pioneered the use of generative AI and synthetic media to train deep neural networks using bias-tested AI, protecting against discrimination based on race, age, or gender. Through our proprietary Natural Vision Processing (NVP), we enable machines to perceive human identity autonomously and securely.

As a team, we focus on ethical innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement—delivering advanced identity solutions that build trust in an increasingly digital world.

You'll Be Responsible For

  • Taking ownership of a portfolio of client implementation projects and delivering them successfully.

  • Collaborating across Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to prioritise and plan delivery.

  • Providing clear and timely updates on project progress, performance, risks, and costs.

  • Acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding.

  • Capturing and sharing customer feedback to inform and shape the product roadmap.

  • Supporting quality assurance processes and continuous delivery improvements.

  • Representing the Delivery team in pre-sales discussions, BAU processes, and support-related activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in planning and coordinating activities across software product and engineering teams.

  • Strong stakeholder management abilities, with effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

  • Hands-on experience working within an agile delivery framework.
