ABOUT THE ROLE:
REBORN is an independent Creative and Media agency delivering campaigns with cultural impact and commercial performance. We partner with leading brands in FMCG, travel and wellness to create ideas that move fast and scale smart.

To help with new client wins, REBORN is looking for an Account Director to join our team.

This role would suit someone who likes being part of a nimble, fastpaced, independent agency team and enjoys the flexibility of working from home and having the option to go into our Sydney office in North Sydney. The role on offer is full time, but we are open to flexible working hours and accelerated weeks.

You are a commercially driven account lead who turns performance data into decisive action. You shape endtoend digital programmes that grow revenue and brand equity, blending media, creative, and technology to deliver measurable impact for clients.

You know how to maintain effective, compelling client relationships. Digitally minded & marketingsavvy with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, our Account Director has a sound understanding of digital campaigns, social media and digital marketing and enjoys working collaboratively, as well as autonomously, to develop and execute successful digital strategies and campaigns.

Working closely with our Group Account Director, our Account Director derives professional satisfaction from delivering results, nurturing strong client relationships, and problem solving.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Develop strong relationships with senior client stakeholders while keeping a presence with daytoday client teams
  • Understand the client’s business and stay abreast of industry trends, and seek ways to add value to drive the business in terms of creativity, market share and brand recognition
  • Lead integrated creative campaigns and work closely with the internal Strategy, Project Management & Creative teams to develop exceptional resultsoriented work
  • Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok and Pinterest.
  • Sell strategic and creative concepts to your clients, driving new initiatives and promoting the agency’s values
  • Stay up to date with digital technology trends and monitor tools and best practices for campaign effectiveness

      Requirements
      • 5+ years managing digital accounts in an agency environment, including performance marketing ownership
      • Proven track record of hitting ROAS, CPA, or revenue targets through holistic channel management
      • Deep expertise in Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and at least one of TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or retail media networks
      • Comfortable briefing and interpreting GA4, Data Studio, and platform analytics dashboards, turning signals into strategy
      • Strong understanding of creative optimisation variables, offer strategy, and fullfunnel attribution models
      • Confident communicator with senior executives and technical teams alike
      • Methodical organiser able to juggle multiple workstreams without sacrificing detail
      • Keeps a finger on the pulse of platform updates, privacy shifts, AI and automation tools
      • Able to work remotely while maintaining visibility and momentum
