Job Description

The role of the Front Desk Coordinator is to support and improve Facilities’ primary activities by providing an optimal environment and support services at our company headquarters in Raleigh, NC.

  • Reports to the Director, Facilities
  • Day to day management of company headquarters in Raleigh, NC
    • Manage office supplies and catering for office meetings
    • Purchase orders and vendor onboarding
    • Support any building maintenance project to maintain the working environment
    • Support visiting employees with room and hotdesk bookings
    • Manage incoming mail with scanning to relevant departments
    • Manage emails with 24-hour turnaround time
    • Support documentation consolidation projects with Storage vendors
    • Support internal communications for emergency planning
    • Source and maintain vendor contracts to maximize cost savings
