JOB TITLE: Receptionist and Scheduler Assistant
OFFER RATE: PHP 150 per hour
Work Type: Part-time, Remote/WFH
Working Hours:
Weekend shifts only
Saturday: 10pm-10am MNL time
Sunday: 6pm-6am MNL time
Monday: 2pm-7pm MNL time
IMPORTANT NOTE:
We'd like to highlight that there is a possibility you may need to cover hours in case someone is unable to work on their shift, so you should be flexible with your schedule, especially on weekends.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering phones in a professional and courteous manner
Assisting with scheduling appointments
Working closely with the scheduling team to ensure smooth operations
Handling a large volume of calls efficiently and effectively
Providing friendly and helpful customer service to callers
Performing administrative tasks as needed
Utilizing computer skills for data entry and record keeping
Familiarity with ClearCare system (training provided if necessary)
Communicating via email
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Familiar with ClearCare system (preferred) - 1 week training provided
Fluent in English
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Professional phone etiquette and a friendly demeanor
Proficiency in basic administrative tasks and good computer skills
Ability to learn new systems quickly
Ability to handle urgent situations effectively
Must be ok to cover shifts if other receptionists are out.
Can start ASAP
