JOB TITLE:  Receptionist and Scheduler Assistant

OFFER RATE: PHP 150 per hour 

Work Type: Part-time, Remote/WFH

Working Hours:

  • Weekend shifts only

  • Saturday: 10pm-10am MNL time

  • Sunday:  6pm-6am MNL time

  • Monday: 2pm-7pm MNL time


  • IMPORTANT NOTE: 

    • We'd like to highlight that there is a possibility you may need to cover hours in case someone is unable to work on their shift, so you should be flexible with your schedule, especially on weekends.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answering phones in a professional and courteous manner

  • Assisting with scheduling appointments

  • Working closely with the scheduling team to ensure smooth operations

  • Handling a large volume of calls efficiently and effectively

  • Providing friendly and helpful customer service to callers

  • Performing administrative tasks as needed

  • Utilizing computer skills for data entry and record keeping

  • Familiarity with ClearCare system (training provided if necessary)

  • Communicating via email

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Familiar with ClearCare system (preferred) - 1 week training provided 

  • Fluent in English

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Professional phone etiquette and a friendly demeanor

  • Proficiency in basic administrative tasks and good computer skills

  • Ability to learn new systems quickly

  • Ability to handle urgent situations effectively

  • Must be ok to cover shifts if other receptionists are out.

  • Can start ASAP
