Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee and support clients with US GAAP accounting, including managing transaction entry, clean-up, and month-end close processes.

· Prepare and review monthly financial statements for business owners and stakeholders.

· Assist in the development of company budgets aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.

· Review payroll processing, related benefits, payroll tax filings, and remittance.

· Provide strategic advisory services to help clients improve financial performance, enhance reporting, and ensure compliance with industry best practices.

· Stay informed on accounting standards, regulatory changes, and compliance requirements to proactively advise clients.

· Lead, mentor, and collaborate with junior accountants to foster a high-performance team environment.

· Deliver high-quality work on time, consistently exceeding client expectations.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

· 3+ years of experience in industry accounting or public accounting consulting.

· Experience with QuickBooks Online.

· Experience with multi-state payroll and payroll tax returns.

· Knowledge of state and federal payroll laws and regulations.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
